About Westside Wellness and Rehabilitation

We're a physical therapy clinic in Santa Monica's Sunset Park, serving the community since 2003. Our focus is sports and orthopedic care, concussion management, performance and overall wellness, with individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for athletes, active people and community members recovering from injury or looking to perform better.

The clinic is led by Dr Amy Fee, DPT, OCS, ATC, CSCS, team physical therapist for Santa Monica Rugby Club, and we're a certified Complete Concussions clinic. Physical therapists and other movement specialists work side by side here, and the team puts real value on professional growth, education and high-quality outcomes.

The role

You'll support athletes and active people both in the clinic and in the field. Your clinical responsibilities and independence reflect your degree, credentials and scope of practice.

In the clinic

  • Delivering individualized rehabilitation programs, with ATCs working under the direction of the physical therapy team
  • Providing therapeutic exercise, mobility, neuromuscular training and recovery strategies
  • Supporting patients through their return-to-activity and return-to-sport progression
  • Providing injury prevention and wellness education
  • Building performance and strength programming
  • Working with physical therapists, physicians, coaches and other healthcare providers
  • Keeping clear, accurate clinical documentation

On the field and court

  • Onsite coverage for practices, games, tournaments and events
  • Acute injury assessment and management
  • Taping, bracing and injury prevention strategies
  • Sideline evaluation and care
  • Rehabilitation and recovery support
  • Monitoring athletes through return-to-play progression
  • Communicating clearly with coaches, athletes, parents and medical professionals
