The clinic is led by Dr Amy Fee, DPT, OCS, ATC, CSCS, team physical therapist for Santa Monica Rugby Club, and we're a certified Complete Concussions clinic. Physical therapists and other movement specialists work side by side here, and the team puts real value on professional growth, education and high-quality outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Eligible to work as an athletic trainer in California
  • A solid foundation in sports medicine, injury assessment, rehabilitation and injury prevention
  • Hands-on experience with acute injury management, taping and bracing, and return to play
  • Clear communication and good people skills
  • Confidence to work independently and make sound clinical decisions within your scope of practice
  • An interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and performance training
  • Well organized, with tidy documentation habits
  • Happy to work a mix of clinic hours and evenings or weekends for sports coverage
